"Be" happy!

There's a misnomer (<inaccurate saying) spreading around that states, "In order to "be happy" you must first "fill yourself up"". Not true! Your already pure and true “Being” is; full, happy, joyful, etc. All that is needed, is release what you learned and adopted from others about being empty! Then open to the purity of what you; have been, already are, and will always Be… Pure “Enlightened Luminosity”!

There's a saying, "When life gives you lemons, make lemonade".

Too often in life, I was handed lemons with no recipe guiding me to make lemonade... It seemed the experiences handed to me, were also a mystery to those who gave me the lemons in the first place. Hence, my search to find out; what these lemons were, if anyone else knew why they existed, and then figure out what to do with them...

My journey took me far and wide, searching for answers that I thought at least someone could teach me, but no... Instead, I found numerous theories (both proven and not) and a host of recipes simply maneuvered to please the personal proclivities of the folks that created them... Hence, I came to the conclusion that, "Everyone has a theory, and no one has a clue".

In the midst of feeling clueless (which is also being open to new ideas!), patterns began to emerge, leading to answers not considered before... Sharing my findings, others seemed to have their "aha moments", allowing them opportunities to create recipes that started with the basics and still left room for discoveries...

At some point, discoveries seemed to repeat, and the pattern actually developed into a lemon...

There's a sense of peace that pervades once you come full circle, realizing that what you started with, changes entirely into something completely different...

Instead of just seeing a lemon, you find the "link" that constitutes whether it becomes the bane of one's existence, or just an ingredient to make a refreshing drink!
